New Patient Registration

register_now_pink_signWe welcome new patients living within our practice area. We may ask you to make an appointment to see a Practice Nurse when you first register with us. This gives us an opportunity to assess your health until your medical records arrive and to let you know about the services we offer.

In order to register you must initially show some proof of identity, this is usually your passport, driving licence or medical card as well as some proof of your address. If you are registering a child under the age of 16 years you must also bring their immunisation records. A member of our reception team will then ask you some preliminary questions to determine whether you require an initial registration appointment.

You will always be asked to complete a few registration papers.

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
